Passionately penned in order to bridge a more intimate connection with God, Lisa Beth’s music combines stirring lyrics with a melodic voice in such a way as to bring the listener instantly into the presence of God. Lisa has been writing and performing music for over 12 years, with the overall goal and vision of both seeing God glorified mightily among His people, and touching lives through music. Lisa grew up in Factoryville, Pennsylvania where she graciously seized every opportunity that God placed in her path to use the abilities and gifts that He gave her. A few of these opportunities included serving on the worship team for Heritage Baptist Church for over 3 years, leading and performing for a woman’s retreat in Montrose, PA, and leading worship for a college ministry by the name of Consumed Ministries. Throughout all of this time Lisa was continuing to express her heart towards God through her songwriting. In 2004 she moved to the Twin Cities in Minnesota where she further continued to pursue her passion of writing, performing and leading in worship. While in Minneapolis, Lisa had the opportunity to open for both Brad Kilman and Shawn McDonald – both amazing songwriters and musicians – and to play alongside numerous other amazing musicians that reside in Minnesota. While not spending a great deal of time in the studio with a band as of yet, Lisa has been able to compile a few of her songs acoustically unto a demo album. Even without the pushing beat of a drum or the hip riff of a guitar, her music is driven by amazing lyrics, contagious melodies and a strong, beautiful voice that overflows from a true heart of worship. Lisa is currently serving on the worship team of Hope Cafe in Raleigh, NC with her husband Eric, and is still using her gifts to lead music for events, weddings, church services and whatever other avenue God places in her path.
